Neapolitan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ball of homemade pizza dough (approximately 6 ounces)

  • ⅓ cup marinara sauce
  • 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (¾ cup shredded mozzarella)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Bunch of Basil
  • Semolina flour or fine cornmeal for dusting the crust


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Ferno with all 3 valves set to medium/low and the burners in the lowest position for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the dough, add sauce and toppings
  3. Bake for approximately 5-7 minutes
